Headland Machinery needed a new advertising strategy to drive traffic to the website that was cost-effective, and reached its existing and potential customers.
They wanted to engage the industry and gather information in a viral environment. They wanted to know what their customers were doing, what they’re thinking and what they’re wanting. After a 3 hour strategy meeting, the name ‘Industry Exchange by Headland’ was born, which derived from its objective – to gather information.
Each month, the blog is updated with new articles on new technologies and what’s happening with Headland’s suppliers. Their customers receive an HTML email with its key headlines linking to the blog.
